Corsair's first foray into the computer case market with the Obsidian 800D made headlines and rocketed it to fame, becoming the premiere full tower. Word has now been leaked online that Corsair will expand their lineup with a little sibling, labeled the 700D.
Despite many internet reports, when comparing the listed dimensions, the 700D is no smaller than the 800D, at 24″ (H) x 24″ (L) x 9″ (W) (609 X 609 X 229 mm). It does make a few minor changes however, including the replacement of the side window with a blank panel and removing the hot swappable drive front drive tray. Changes which are sure to drop the price, but likely only a bit.

I love the 800D and was really hoping to see a smaller version of it though! (That would hopefully be cheaper)
