Double spacing in Wordpad?

K this may sound retarded but it is urgent, I need a document double spaced and since I am cheap I only have notepad and wordpad and it appears as though neither of these can do double spacing lol! Can anyone give me any suggestions, my document is an English Treatise and is over 9 pages long with 12pt font single spaced! I don't want to manually have to double space it!

Hmm, I went through all the trouble of copying all of the files onto a CD and transfering them to my laptop but then it opened in Word but Word has all of its options grayed out!?! (not a full copy, not even activated, came with my computer and HP didn't send me the serial number.....dumbasses) so I am going to try that OpenOffice thing.

OpenOffice is great software. I used it when I ran linux. You'll enjoy it.

-Select all the text in the document using wordpad. [Ctrl+A] or [Edit>Select all]
-Then press Ctrl+2.

--This was said before, I was just clearing it up to ensure understanding by the topic starter.
