LIke coool said you use the follow me tool.
If you want it to look good you need to make sure you start from a perpendicular line from your fitting. Make sure all your arcs ARE TANGENT to the last. Otherwise the form will break and do all sorts of crazy things.
When i do tube i start from the center of my fitting and start with a straight line for 3/4". Then start your curve and end on a straight at your other fitting. This is your follow me line. Create a circle at the start of the line he diameter of you tube. Then double click the line you built. Click the follow me too. then click the inside of the circle you created.
