yo, im trying to get my old heatsink off for a zalman 9500, the problem is, ITS stuck! checked behind the mobo, no screws. Its really well stuck, you can twist it a little but it seriously wont budge. Anyone know what i might be doin wrong or sth like that?

It might have some thermal adhesive; you need to put it under load for a while so it can heat up, then turn off you comp. and take the heatsink off before it solidifies again. Oh btw, don't just pull it off, try twisting it a bit until it starts moving, then slowly pull the heatsink off.

Just use the spinning cube of ATITool or play some heavy game for a few minutes, that'll do it.
