i am having trouble folding on my cpu and gpu at same time intel e7400 and ati 4830... if i can only fold on 1 which one should i use?

GPU will give much better PPD than a CPU, so stick with that.

Well I've been folding for 37726 for a week now and cracked the top 1500, I'm in the 1400's currently. If I would have known earlier that Nvidia cards had SUCH an advantage over ATI I would have gone the other way with my rig. What do used 4870x2's go for nowadays? I'd get a 295 to replace it.
