Those are fine temps, my i7 is regularly at 70c (170f)
Ok here's the screenshot.

Looks good; now you just need to get HFM running too.

Now if you can get HFM set up for the SMP and GPU clients so we can see the PPD that would be awesome!

PPD say 9929.9 not sure but I'm still setting HFM up . I'll get back to you soon with another screen capture . Temp's are still at a 59 C.

That's honestly lower than it should be (at least if it's both the clients). You should get at least 8k from the CPU and then 5-6k from the GPU

Oh, for just the CPU at stock speeds that's great!
With the GPU added in as well it should be 15-16k, or ~22k with the GTX470

Well I'm running a eVGA GTS 250 right now, around July I'm getting my GTX. The GTS is slightly overclocked, when I mean slightly I mean by 23mhz. . *I'll add the GPU client now, the setup of the clients doesn't tell me how to add a GPU. Also, can I pause the Folding?* The Cpu fan is gonna be keeping me up half the night.

Well then it should get a bit over 6k.
You can't "pause" it so to speak, but if you put the cursor over the window, click, and hit "Control+C" on the keyboard, it'll close it. And then you can start it again tomorrow morning and it'll resume where it left off.
It might be time for you to get an aftermarket cooler, with my H50 I'm at 3.8ghz and it's almost silent
