Can you be a little more specific in your problem? What sort of tests are you failing? how are you failing them? Have you overclocked? What drivers are you using? Etc.

I'm using the latest drivers from Nvidia and I'm using Rivatuner to overcloke
my card and everytime I put it 5 MHZ ahead of its original speed fails.

Can you be any more specific? Did you clean out the last drivers before installing the new ones? What are the tests and how exactly is your card failing them? Do you mean 5Mhz over stock? What sort of cooling do you have for the card/airflow in the case?
