Motherboard choice is good - One of the best i7 motherboards out

I would maybe drop the PSU and get the 750 Watt as it will be more than enough to power that

It was only $20 dollars more for the HX850 over the HX750 so I chose the 850w.

No suggestions for a good gaming keyboard and mouse that aren't unreasonably priced?

I see no problem with what you have outlined....what do you mean by reasonable priced??? if you give a price figure we can work with we will find you something.

get a g15 and a g500 (g19 costs too much, imho), and I'd try to find a i7 930 for about the same price, even if it requires shopping around, why not right?

the PSU is overkill unless you want to crossfire two 5850's. for a single though, 650 is more than enough. corsair HX650 would be my choice.

if modular is no big deal, TX is just as good. as long as you have enough room for cable management in that case, you can make it look just as clean.

If you plan to overclock highly, try to look for an i7-930
it has a 23x multiplier (it makes it easier without hitting the mobos limit)

I would say get the vanilla P6T, drop down to the 650w or 750w PSU, and use the extra money to get another HDD (or 2) and set up a raid 0 or 5 array or bump the 5850 to a 5870
