count me in got mine last week newegg off course Intel X25-M Mainstream SSDSA2MH080G2R5 2.5" 80GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) - Retail 224.99 free shipping.

Forget those tweaks everything default I write to it all day long .only drivers I install are my Graphics and Sound ...

Continuous reboot is probably because you installed Win7 without AHCI enabled. You can try this: http://forums.pcper.com/showthread.php?t=444831

As for booting Win7 disc when you enable AHCI, your boot order probably changed in BIOS. You can also open the boot menu during POST with F12 (that was the button on my P35 DS3L) and selecting your DVD drive.

Nothing's wrong with your drive. The system is simultaneously accessing it while you're running the benchmark that's why you see dips in the graph. What you need to pay attention to is the access time

Yeah, I noticed that that is on par. Just noticed most people's is a lot more consistent. Thanks for the reassurance.

BTW. This drive is awesome. Haven't seen a speed boost as noticeable by upgrading anything else.
