Yes hello, I just used ATi Tool to overclock my Nvidia card. So
yeah I'm not so sure if this is correct for a 3D Fuzion FX 5500
PCI 256 Mb to be at this type of MHZ can you correct me of I
went abit to high, or tell me if I can make the memory abit higher.

Core = 326.50 MHZ
Memory = 203.00 MHZ

I belive the memory should be over 400 correct?

should be in the 400 range... check and see if your card is set to 2d(non performance mode). if it is, change it to 3d(performance mode) or just up the memory yourself via rivatuner or coolbits or something.

Oh, well no wonder your scores are showing up incorrectly, you can't overclock an nVidia videocard with ATi Tool.
Even if you could with ATi tool, in my experience it only showed my core speed correctly. Use rivatuner:

i got mine up to like 350/500 stable last night. i think the memory was a little higher, but it wasnt stable.

edit, i thought you had a 5200... you could probably get about 350/550... the fx series arent that great. my ti4200 outperformed my fx5200.
