A8N-E and memory speed

Hello,
I have an A8N-E with bios 1010 and I am have some trouble with the memory settings.
When i set the memory speed to 400mhz in the DRAM menu (which, according to all the sources i've found, corresponds to a 1:1 FSBRAM ratio), then set the cpu bus to 255 and the multiplier to 10.5 in the jumberfree section, CPU-Z shows me a cpu speed of 2678 mhz like i expect with 255 HTT and 10.5 multi, but when i click on the memory tab, i see the frequency is only 143.5 and in the FSBRAM field, it lists CPU/11. 11 is the default multplier for my CPU.
The ClockGen utility from the CPU-Z people also reports a similar FSB / RAM speed discrepency of 255 HTT and only 243.5 memory speed. It lists a CPU multi of 10.5.
Why is this? Has anyone else noticed this?
Any help or ideas would be great.

Thanks,
brz

If you check out my FAQ in my sig it will explain the effect that .5 multpliers have on memory speed. Basically it will use the next full integer to divide by, which has been correctly identified as 11, so the memory speed is correct at 244Mhz
