the best way to determin stepping before you buy is check out the model, I found this out on newegg.com
Model ADA3700BNBOX basically an E4 stepping and it can withstand 70C
not to scare you off from the optys but just keep in mind once you get it and overclock it and IF something goes wrong you cant return it cause you dont have it in a server. but with the 3700+ sandy, something goes wrong RMA that *****.
