I'm in Georgia (the country) right now - I got it from a local computer store along with my i5. Didn't think much of it, but it turned out to be even much better than the Crucial Ballistix Micron chips I had - and these don't even have a fancy heatsink. Paid $100 for 2x2GB set.

Yeah very stable, been gaming for hours no problem.
As far as I know, Elipda makes (or used to) memory for Corsair, OCZ and Mushkin - among others. This specific set is Elipda branded though, rated at 1333MHz and does 1500MHz with stock voltage of 1.5!
