I use to have a stock heat sink and my temp were like 46 idle and like 56 full load. Now i got the zalman cnp 9500 and my temp are around 43 idle and 50 full load. I was wondering if i should be getting better temp with a Zalman heat sink. And if the thermal compound really make a difference. The one i got is silicone based i think. Im running a 2.4g prescott with 1g of ram...Oh and i dont know, but i got the bright idea of passing the a: drive cable behind the motherboard and the motherboard power cable behind the power supply, if thats safe or not ???
