The Benq is prolly your best bet.

But DO NOT GET THE HANNS, my dad bought one and half of the screen is REALLY bright the other sides dark, its really screwed up, plus he hasnt gotten his rebate for 2 months and counting...

EDIT: Get this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001192

Or get this one for DVI 100 more contrast, and 4MS less http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001066

I work for an IT dept at a hospital and awhile back we purchased some Sceptre's. They are junk, most died with 8 months and the contrast ratios are not that good. I have to agree with X3Nh4nC3D in regards to the Hanns. Stay away from it. My cousin got the Rosewill you listed from NewEgg and is very happy with it. It has a nice picture and doesn't ghost. I know NewEgg carries a brand that has a No Dead Pixel guarantee from the manufacturer. I can't remember the name of the maker, but it was a 19". Hope this helps!

Yeah. I was about to get a BenQ before I got my monitor from Costco. BenQ is a good company. Go with it!
