Looks good, but get This proccessor instead, for more overclockability.

Try and get 50$ and go with This nice TCCD RAM instead.

Personally i wouldnt go sli, but thats your choice, but i still strongly reccommend A DFI Lanparty Ultra-D if your going to overclock, because the asus may give you problems

I agree on the memory, but a 3700 San Diego will overclock just as well, and much cheaper. AMD will be raising the prices on Opty's any day now, bacause the want to stop consumers from using them.

For your cooling, I'd get a Thermaltalke Big Typhoon. Simply the best air cooling for Athlon64's you can get. (Make sure the case is gonna have room, it's a beastly hsf.

I have a DFI-Lanparty RDX200 CF-DR (Crossfire) and I love it, great onboard, great overclocking, and simple to install with my Asus Vento. I haven't had any problems since I installed it more than 10 days ago. Never even needed to open the case and if you overclock it to far it will shut down and you just restart and go into Bios and lower settings. I love it, 11/10
