gah nothign, i changed my reresh rate, created a new resolution with 40 Hz, and i changed the file to a system file and disbaled me as a user to the file. ya nothings worked. All good suggestions tho, any more?

Gee, lacking a processor eh? xD! Cmon people check out the URL of this site, OVERCLOCK! Should give it a try, tho I dont think you'll see vast improvement for a solid 60fps constant unless its a serious bottle neck on your GPU. Also, welcome to the site. Please, fill out your system specs here http://www.overclock.net/specs.php I know you posted your specs on a earlier post, but just so its easy for everyone else to see. Is your GPU overclocking? Can grab MSI afterburner and overclock that prolly lots if it hasn't been OCed yet and that should improve FPS too.
