Could cut a part out of the side corner (the thing that the acrylic is pushing against when you close it)? Not good for it's structural integrity, then again, I don't expect anyone here to be using his case as seat when playing games on the computer.

(Just a suggestion, maybe a stupid one)

Pretty sure most people who do window mods have to end up doing that, myself included when I get my acrylic. I haven't heard any horror stories, so i don't think it will be that big of a deal, especially if you're gonna be bottom mounting the PSU.
