Hrm..ok. Is your memory TCCD or BH-5? And what slots do you have them in? The orange slots seem to work best.

And, can you boot up fine on stock settings?

I can totally boot fine at stock settings. I have the memory in the Yellow slots, I'll change them to Orange. The memory is just plain old Geil Ultra DDR500 with the Platinum heat spreaders. I don't know what chips are on them.

Hmmmm, the DFI bios download page has the 623-3 version and a newer version called NF4LDB14 . Which should I use? Any Ideas?

Edit// This is kinda frustrating. All I want is to run at 2.6 ghz again with this new board! lol. ugh.

Edit/// Looks like the newest bios just adds support for the FX-60 cpu's. I think I'll go with the 623-3 and see what happens.

Ya try that out, that might help. A lot of the problems I had OCing the DFI came from different BIOS versions. I use the 623-3. and it works great... I think I heard the "-3" series was supposed to be better for TCCD chips.

Changing the memory to the Orange slots seems to have improved things.

I just booted 230x10 with 1.37vcore! I have not flashed the bios yet. I'll test some more. I guess it will be baby steps from here until I hit at least 2.6

Ok I'm better now! Just booted 240x10 with same vcore 1.37!!! So far LDT voltage is 1.3, chipset is 1.6, memory is 2.7 which I could probably lower to 2.6 since its rated to run 250mhz with 2.6 I'll post more results!

EDIT/// Booted 250x10 @ 1.392 vcore! LDT now 1.4, chipset at 1.7 feeling better......
