Actually, I'm looking at making a system with the exact same processor and looking for a decent motherboard to do some OC'ing with the San Diego 3700+ (nothing much, just what can normally be handled by air cooling). Quality is always important, but I don't want a bunch of stuff I don't need either.

Any recommendations would be helpful.

DFI expert bord is probably the best overclocker. I've got one one way.

the Asus boards will oc pretty decently and they're easy to use. but they won't oc as well as the dfi boards.
