To tell you the truth, I had that same problem, but eventually figured it out. You don't need a username or pass. You should be able to just click the log in button, and it will go. What are you doing that you are trying to access your router ne ways?

You don't make an account, you just sign in using only the password field. If its a brandnew router then the default pass is admin Gl

If that doesn't work , then take a pencil and hold the reset button at the back. That will take it to factory settings and then if you try /admin or
admin/admin for username and pass it should work

On their site it says the exact same thing i said...

You know... you can learn alot by listening to what they say on tech support after you have been waiting 3 hours for them to connect to some country on the other side of the globe just to talk to someone

Ok so like I first installed this router on a downstairs PC because I setup wireless configuration in my home, and I first used the instal disk before hooking it up like it told me to. So because of that I have to like reset it to factory default before I can use the web bases utility portion? And I first have to set this up on the PC that its hooked into before I can log onto 192.168.1.1 on another PC in my home?
