Please rate my cheap SFF build

Thread Starter
So my aunt wants me to build her a computer for cheap, I chose to make it an SFF system since I have always wanted to build one. Here are my specs so far,

Case: Aspire X-QPACK - $80
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16811144162

Mobo: Asus P5LD2-VM - $101.50
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16813131545

CPU: Intel Celeron D 326 - $76.50
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16819112207

RAM: Corsair Valueselect DDR2-533 - $38.50 for 512MB, probably getting 4 of these and sticking 2 of them in my rig I might also get 2x1GB of nice ram and give my aunt my 2x512MB of this exact ram so we would both benefit, she'd get 1GB DDR2 533 for free and I'd get much nicer RAM and more of it
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16820145529

So basically that plus XP Home SP2 and a keyboard/mouse/printer/speakers is about $700, do you guys think it's worth it? I am also giving my aunt my old Dell 15in LCD for free. The mobo has onboard video in the form of the Intel Media Graphics Accelerator 950, onboard audio in the form of Realtek AAC882 and onboard 10/100/1000 LAN, the case comes with a 350W PSU which should be plenty for this system, so? Thoughts?

How about buying her a notebook? You wont be able to play games on that PC anyway and she wont overclock it, so I think some cheap notebook is perfect.

Performance is not a concern at all, she currently has a PIII 700MHz with 96MB of RAM running Windows 95 so pretty much all it has to do is run Windows XP smoothly and with a gig of RAM, even the PIII 700MHz would do fine in Windows

You could probably shave a bit off that price (cheaper mobo comes to mind). Even though that's a low end system for this site, it seems to be well matched to the proposed usage (which is very important!), and it will be light years ahead of the old P3 system.
