Nice O.C.

What load and idle temps are you getting at 2.6GHz, and what temps did you record on 2.8GHz?

He has an Asus A8N and they've repeatedly struggled to achieve fsb higher than 250. The only good overclocking socket 939 Asus board (based on Nforce4) was the 32x.

tytlyf blew up that guy's computer..
So, i guess his setting is not suitable with that guy's rig..
Got mine @ 2.66Ghz though.. I wonder how to get it up to 2.7Ghz.. a 500Mhz boost would seem better than a 460Mhz..

just began oc installed 4 new fans

new amd fan with heat pipes runs at 2799 rpms without control wire

new 4 inch ultra fan installed to pull air into side of case infront of cpu fan runs at 4786 rpm and 12v from system fan

new masscool 12v fan installed in rear to pull cool air in from air vent
runs at 4700 rpm from zalman zm-mfc1 fan controller

new 4 inch 12 v fan installed infront of case to pull air through and out the front runs at 2300 rpms from zalman

used nVidia ntune to clock to 2750 ghz

then used warpspeeder to increase cpu clock to 273mhz and 3ghz

my voltage is at 1.54

and i set my ram at 166

i use the 11x multiplier and ht runs at 4x

my temp is startup 30C
idle 32C
and bf2 for 30 min was 36C

these are details

Using all the same parts as my current system, cept using an Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro (with AS5) and 2 gigs less of the same RAM, I ran my Brisbane 4400+ at 2.9Ghz (264 * 11) for long long time without any issues and Prime95 stable. Core voltage was at 1.4 I believe and made sure to bump down HT multi. Also used DDR667 setting for RAM in the bios. Can't quite remember what temps were at, but like I said, I don't ever remember having any BSODs or odd crashes doing anything.
