AFAIK, there isn't a way.
Best way I've found, is to either add someone who is playing on the server to your friends list, and then connect through that.
OR, do a search for 'Overclock.net 32 Slot' and that will pull it up. Make sure you use a capital 'O' though.

Yeah, between EA, DICE, and Gameservers updates we've had a few times where the player count has dropped to 0. Those are the most important times to get on so it fills back up. I added the tracker banner to the OP. There are 24 on now so plenty of room.
