perhaps you should clarify this a bit. as a total folding FUN (fracking useless noob) I had no idea what this meant. I was folding on a single core for about an hour before I figured it out and configured it to run on all 4 cores. I suggest:

^ that probably only works in windows 7, which I'm also kind of new to (we still use 2000 at work) so maybe my situation is unique, idk

I'm up to about 1% every 54sec on a stock 3570k, once i get more time ill worry about getting my 7950 up and running and overclocking a little too. Managed to corrupt my os with my last attempt
