Abit AN8 ultra shut down problem

Ok, I've built my pc. After about 5-10 minutes of the computer being on it just shuts down, by itself

Am 100% sure it is not my components over heating. The shut down temps on the BIOS are set to 70/60 degrees max for all 3 settings CPU, SM something and the other one. I've touched the compnents with my bare hands. The top of the copper heatsink is partically cool. The bottom of the heatsink is now even warm, The OTEs copper heatpipe is between warm and cool. But none of the components are any were near 60/70 degrees.

So now I have disguarded over heating as being the cause to the shut down problem. So is it a driver issue? I've already reinstalled windows 3 time now. Is it because my vcore is too low?

finally my pc is up and running perfectly. The shut down prob was caused by one of the programs that came with the mobo. My heatsink rpm was running lower then the default setting. SO it shut down. Thanx for help guys.
