Need help overclocking an Asus P4P800-X

hey i need some urgent help! I can't overclock my cpu anything windows runs fine about 1 min then it locks up. I had the cpu overclocked before and it ran fine before i reinstalled my computer. I have a p4p800-x motherboard with latest bios and an intel 3,0ghz p4 prescott with stock cooling.
Plz help!!!

It sounds like you need to tweak some of your other settings such as vcore, vdimm, and RAM timings. Please provide some more info on what settings you are using this time around, and what kind of overclock you achieved in the past.

i had the cpu clocked to 3.3 ghz and i use the overclocking utility in bios and i have set this to 10 % and this worked before i reinstalled it.
But i have also tried to up the fsb with just 1 mhz and it still locks up my ram is standard pc3200 ram that is running on 320 mhz because the memories doesnt match. My vcore is 1.375 but i tried it on 1.4 and it didnt help at all.
