Asus P4P800-E Deluxe support SATA I or II

Thread Starter
I have the Asus P4P800-E Deluxe and was wondering if it supported SATA I or II or both. I can't seem to find it the information in the manual it just says it supports SATA. Also I was thinking of getting a Raptor for the rig in my signature or maybe two and setting up RAID 0 can anyone tell me if I will see a performance gain that is noticeable over the setup I have now. I'm using the Seagate in my signature right now I guess you call that setup ATA100.

It only supports Sata 1, and it will run in raid. You will see an improvment in load times and such.
