Got my 4890 Today

Got a 4890 and Lamptron FC-5 Well I install the lamptron 1st to test it out no problems. I go install the 4890 and after installing it, I start up the computer and all my bios settings were reset I go reset the bios settings and reboot it gets to Windows boot screen I get BSOD I forgot to change Sata config to AHCI Im not sure why the bios reset seems to be a common problem with the P6T but I did remove the plug again for over 5 minutes and the bios didnt reset after I plugged it back in. I bought this from newegg as an open box I ran furmark for 25 minutes to check for any problems and everything was fine. Anything else I should do to check the card besides furmark?

Do a few runs of 3DMark or play some games. I'd like to know how it compares to your old HD4850, because I'm looking to replace it as well.

run an actual game? if it does fine in furmark should have no problems

It's a pretty damn good card. I've been impressed with with my ****ty XFX 4890's (I got one of the ones without a voltage regulator unfortunately), but she plows through my games with relative ease.

Only thing that bothers me on these things is MMORPG performance (Specifically WoW). Post some numbers and let us see it though.

anybody passing by knows if you can actually increase Vmem with GPUTool on a voltage tweak 4890? if so whats max safe temps and v?
