Pluscom USB to Ethernet Driver...??

Hi all....

i just bought one of these for my cousin as her machine has no Ethernet port & they've just got the internet, but upon arriving in the post the driver disc is snapped.... (bloody ebay

)

i cant go to their website as my browser reports it as an ''attack site'' & i cant track down a ''windows XP driver''

any assistance would be much appreciated.

The above file won't work, its for sharing usb devices on a pc with other pcs on a network.
Connect the usb ethernet and open device manager.
Go to its properties -> details and under hardware ids check its VID & PID (e.g. something like that USB\\ROOT_HUB20&VID8086&PID3A3C).
With this you can search for a compatible driver or tell us here for more info.

Downloaded the usb2.0 to ethernet driver from www.plusom.cn and uploaded to mediafire.
Driver seems clear from any malware, no EXEs, just a 22K sys driver and its INF.

I am not sure if it is the right file. If it doesn't work, post the hardware id from device manager.
