x800Gt or 6800GS

Thread Starter
Hi i was thinking of upgrading my video card. I was wondering if you guys think I should stick to my Gecube x800GT or go for the Leadtek 6800GS, I'm leaning towards the 6800GS cause it has Shader Model 3.0,

My xfx 6800gs is good for games. I can max the detail at 1200 by 960 in battlefield 2 with no lag at all. The xfx factory overclocks a little to 485 core and 550 (1100) memory. Its a good card, and will outperform an x800gto, and has SM3.0.

you can't compare pipes to pipes on different brands. The ati pipes have different architechture than the nvidia ones.
