In general, you can loosen timings on just about any RAM. This may or may not equate to being able to up the frequency as well. At some point, the RAM will run as fast as it is able to, and no further loosening of timings (or increasing vdimm) will permit it to overclock more.

When you say 320 MHz, are you refering to the DDR equivalent, the actual OCed frequency, or the stock DDR setting in the BIOS? Based on your CPU-Z shot, I'm guessing it's the last option. Try upping your vdimm to 2.85 volts and see if you can't get it to boot with maybe 3-3-3-8 timings (don't adjust the speed for now, just the timings). If that boots, back off your OC a bit and try to get things running at 1:1.

yea i was talking about the bios in terms of the ram speed...thanks for your help...you think maybe i should decrese it to 266 in the bios...i have done that and the speed of the ram is like 175 which is horrible....

Most memory's timings can be loosened. Not mine though. If i even move to 2.5-3-3-8 I can't even boot, no matter what the FSB.

usually it's the cas that caues it to be unstable. Too high of a number just doesn't work on some ram. Try loosening just the second number first.
