Okies small update. AAAAAnd I hit post for whatever reason. Update incoming lol
Behold, the mad science project.
So here it is all test-ready.
Whats going on here is a cpu block, mcp655B pump, my custom res built by shurik, and the heat exchanger.
The computer is there because I dont feel like disassembling it, and am using it for its 12v power. What a sick relationship we have.
I have already determined that I need better fans. My current panaflos are 86 CFM with 0.1" of H2O static pressure, and are barely audible (for my tastes). I have no problems with sound whatsoever, and have a hefty fan controller, so I ordered two deltas that run 150 somethin CFM and 0.8" H2O static pressure.
In the mean time, here is a neat little thing I did. I used my two rad boxes, mounted the panaflos on them, then 'secured' them to eachother in a 240 configuration and wrapped zipties around the condenser, 'securing' the fan array to the condy.
Painters tape provides a 'seal', and the rad box provides the shrouded space. (about an inch or so)
horrible picture quality I know, I was in a rush.
Here is my commemoration to shurik. I wouldn't have continued this far through the build without his (sometimes eccentric lol) help. With a good dose of common sense and my own judgement, he has helped me make it here today, and I feel like I need to dedicate something in the build to him.

Here is the entire beast on its temporary mobile home. A dolly.
Ignore the mokona turned tool box (carries pliers, drivers, zipties etc for me when I go to LANs...seriously =])
