I FOUND THE THING FOR MY CAMERA TO HOOK INTO MY TRIPOD ZOMG GOOD PICS RETURN!
So I decided to save some money and work with what I have before I go and buy new gauges. From my previous trouble with the manifold, I remember that the low side wasn't that bad compared to high. So I took the low side gauge from the old manifold and after a quick wrap with tape put it on the newer manifold.
And it works pretty well so far. I haven't leak tested it or accuracy tested it per say but it held while I was trying to tune the system earlier today.
I also picked up these guys from an awesome HVAC supply store that I found here in town. (I met a guy there who had been in the hvac business for 58 years O_o and he was in the shop to pick up parts, the man is still working as a contractor!)
Time for some gutsy shots.
Everything right now is in the case, ready to knock out power and LANs. The ball valve loop split system works like a dream.
Here you can see the tight fit on the filter drier, it sits VERY close to the acrylic side panel. Also, the ranco. I pretty much just velcro'd it to the back because the cables going to the cap are pretty short (reused the existing ones) and this way I can 'store' it and still access it when I need to. Also, ball valves.
Here it is, all wrapped up and exchangin' heat!
Crowded yet? Nah. I've considered painting the comp, but I kind of like the big WARNING EXPLOSION HAZARD label. Fitting, because every time I mention that I am using propane people immediately tell me that I am going to burn the house down. Which is a possibility assuming I have a leak. That's why the window in the office stays open ^^
Another real-estate appraisal shot
Final "cramped?" shot
Side panel on, lights on...
And now for the goods...I love how if this is all you see, you would never know what lurked on the other side. Sleeper FTW. Until the rotary and deltas turn on and everyone within 10ft loses their hearing.
BTW I have the lights run through my fan controller, so you are seeing semi dimmed white cathode + black light on the computer side..
And that's where we stand right now folks! Not a lot is left to do...I may still add my second 9800gtx+ to the loop, haven't made it that far yet.
