The 5770 would run on a Corsair 450VX (450W) no problem, the 650HX is huuuuge overkill. I have a friend running an overclocked Q6600, 8800GTS (G92) 512MB, 5 120mm case fans, 2 hard drives, a dvd drive, and all other normal parts on a Corsair 450VX and it has been running without issue for almost 2 years. I ran TWO 4830's with my sig rig (instead of the 5850) on a Corsair 550VX (550W) without issue. If you want more watts for the sake of having them, and you want modular, and you want value, pick up this combo: $53 shipped (after $25 MIR) - OCZ ModXStream 600W PSU + LG SATA DVD Burner

If you already have a DVD burner for this build, then just Craigslist the DVD burner in this combo for $15-20, bringing the cost of this PSU down to $33-38 after MIR and C-list. OCZ has honored every mail-in rebate I've ever done with them, though they do take a little longer than some companies to mail it (expect the full 3 months).

EDIT: The OCZ ModXStream 600W is also a very nice unit. Not the best of the best, but definitely not a junk PSU. It's worthy of this build for sure. Review (page selected is the conclusion, use the drop down to read the whole article)
