Supposedly this is better than the BigT. Is that right? What's better, copper, brass, aluminuim for a HS? I want to make a design but what would be a better material? An the fans, could I like put 1 blowing to the left and to the right one suking?(I'm thinking 92mm) I just need to make a design like in Auto CAD.

Copper is the best bang for the buck type conductor. It is cheap and dissapates heat well. Silver on the other hand is more effective at dissapating heat but is more expensive. There are not many air cooling heatsinks that are made of silver these days. You can find silver TDXs and silver STORM G5s for watercooling but I've never seen a silver heatsink for air cooling.

The Big Typhoon is pretty good, but I like the XP-90C the best. It idled my Opteron at 26C stock speeds on only a 60CFM fan. For these results with a Typhoon you see people using 110CFM fans that are extremely loud. PM me if you are interested in buying an XP-90C and fan, I am selling mine.

Good luck

Here's a little crap drawing I drew...tomorow in school I'll fix it more.
The heatpipes are copper and the heastink itself is a mixture of silver and copper. I've invented a cool thing, but I won't tell anyone until I want to
Remeber this is just a sketch, it'll be compatible with Socket 478, 754,939 and 940.

Bill Gates could...If I ever get rich, I'm going to make a diamond hs.
Anyways, I'll make the final drawing using Auto CAD, but for now, this is all.

oh and one more improvement suggestion... you should have the heatpipes evenly spaces apart on the cooling fins, so the fins are evenly heated... and more heatpipes would be better too,
