But no, the Fahmon upload will just continue to show the last time it was updated.
First you correct my crappy spellingz, then you give me even more bad news. Thanks Zodac!

TY for confirming what I thought was the case about FAHMON though. OOh, 600th post. :cookie:

MistaBernie, I would highly recommend TeamViewer. All you would have to do is install it on your PC and enable it to start on Windows startup then just go to the website and login and view your PC.

You could also install the client on your work PC, but if you want to save some time you can just use the website. If you do end up using it and need any help let me know.

Edit:
Also, it's free.

Teamviewer wont help in the event of a GPU freeze though, and that's basically what happened. GPU hung caused system hang. AFAIK I wouldn't be able to send a restart command and even if it was setup during startup wouldn't that happen after the password gets called?

I just suggested since you were unsure whether or not you started FahMon up or not. That way you could check if the PC froze or not. You can set it up so you can actually log into Windows with it.

Zo,

(Pardon my assuming so familiar a tone, but I don't like Zod, and Zo reminds me of a short for Zoe, which I do like.)

Folders all over the desktop! I deleted them, deleted everything else, re-installed, carefully watching for any chance to put them in a proper place, but there they are now, again, all seven.

To where should I move them? If I can I'll just add them to one of the AppData folders.

Sorry to be so incompetent, but I can usually catch these things before they happen...

They were just shortcuts, I have lately had a few things download the actual needed files to the desktop. I could have simply deleted them but did not know for sure.

I just re-installed without any shortcuts, and made my own from the program files.

The other reason was that I had a RED icon by my client, and had to get rid of the old data from EOC, and -86 to fix that.

All is well, thanks for your guide with all the pics and hints.
