Best Socket 478 heatsink/fan?

Whats the best HS/Fan for socket 478 thats around $30? Im thinking about maybe a refurbed xp-90 from newegg with some fan (what fan?).

Also, could someone help me out with like, how to pick out a fan. Like could someone explain CFMs, DB rating, and stuff like that. thanks

The xp-90is a good choice for around 30...ok here it is..

CFM=Cubic Feet/minuite< this is the amount of air a particular fan can move(the higher the better, but comes with the cost of being louder)

DB=decible rating< the amount of noise/sound the fan makes... the higher the louder (about 30db is a whisper,~120 is a gun shot)

80mm/120mm.ect...= the size... lol u can figure that one out

EDIT:May i also reccomend the Big Typhoon, or the Scythe Ninja... but both are HUGE! so you may wanna make sure it will fit...

This zalman is great for about $40. And cfm is the amount of air the fan can push and dB is how loud the fan is when in use.

how many CFM should I be looking for in a fan?

ThermalTake Big Typhoon is the best 478 Cooler out there, but for ~$30, I say the XP-120, or the XP-90, seeing as the temp difference between the two is nominal (like 1 or 2 C).

I have used the Thermaltake Spark 7 for almost 2 years now. I have it plugged into my ASUS P4P800 motherboard which controls the fan speed according to the temperature. I have tried to get the processor hot with CPU Burnin. The temperature WILL NOT go over 139F. At ide it is usually around 98F.

Hope this helps
