Yes you can remove them. They are 4 plastic retainers ((Push pin)). I had to remove mine when i install my water block.

I believe its 1.5125 Some one correct me if I'm wrong.
Mines set at 1.4625. So not much room for me.

This allows me to adjust the fan speed for the CPU.
Just move your mouse courser over the ((Core Center)) word and click.
Then you should see what i posted a pick of.
Now for the side ones, just click on the arrows on the side and they will open up.

Any more questions just ask.

Be back later. Got to get me taxes done

Alright, well, im at 3.4ghz with about 38-40 idle (at 5/8 fan speed, its a nice like 35dba) (which is wierd since at load its like 40-41). Could someone help me out with OCing this, since if i put the divider to 333mhz, and put the CPU to 3.6ghz, it hangs in windows, how high should i put my voltages, since that was at 1.4125 i believe

could someone link me to a good 92mm fan thats at most 40 DBa? Preferably if the site accepts paypal

2/8 update: 3.6ghz with like 32 idle (well its 12:25, not really what i would say warm out right now) with my voltage at 1.4625 i believe, but my timings are 3-4-4-8, but its value ram, so i cant expect much
