Finished My Latest Project

Thread Starter
Here's some pictures of my latest water cooling project, i am personaly a little disapointed with the outcome. So screw water cooling i will post some more pictures of my next project Not 24 C' But in the - Minus..hehe

I began with the Abit AN8 SLI Fatal1ty, but my GPU water blocks didn't like the mobo, so i had to go with the Asus Premium..boo..hoo..

In the 3rd Picture it has my first project..its only a 3.4 Pill 4 with 2x6800GT's
That is the one that i will be in the negatives with here soon, and i will make everything to get that low - in tempature..i will post pictures and results when its complete.

Please post your comments good or bad.

Looks awsome! Those are some sweet rigs

BTW: On the ASUS, for dual channel ram, the ram needs to be in matching color slots

If you look closely the ram isnt OCZ..one of my sticks was bad, so i had to RMA both sticks..(Tiger Direct). should get them in next week. To give my if i read this correctly from the manual....

Channel A = DIMM_A1 + DIMM_A2 (First Pair of Blue & Black) (Far Left)
Channel B = DIMM_B1 + DIMM_B2 ( Second Pair of Blue & Black) (Far Right)

For dual configuration, the total size of memory moduale(s)
installed per channel must be the same for better performance.
(DIM_A1 + DIMM_A2 = DIM_B1 +DIMM_B2)

1| 2| 3| 4|
1. Blue (DIMM_A1)
2. Black (DIMM_A2)
3. Blue (DIMM_B1)
4. Black (DIMM_B2)

Go here....
http://dlsvr03.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/...li_premium.zip

Edit: oh..Mad Max..im going to use the intel system for the extreme cooling..ill leave the AMD system alone..maybe put a water block on the chipset if possible.

I have the same Mobo. Read page 2-11 again. Read the 3rd bullet:

When using two DDR DIMM modules, install into DIMM_A1 and DIMM_b1 slots only.
