Eh, just the western suburbs of Minneapolis. I'm buying a townhome within the next month or two. It's my first home buying experience, so I'm taking it slow.

I'm doing great myself, however I still don't have a 'net connection on my PC (right now I'm on my sisters laptop). It is on the list of things to be sorted out, but it's been a fairly busy time lately... we recently finally finished moving stuff out the old house and I finished school the other week too. Anyway I'm rambling a bit here, so I'll just leave it at that. Hopefully I'll be back to folding soon.

Just got back from 4 days hiking in the Black Canyon National Park. Absolutely fabulous - took a boat ride in the bottom spent the other days hiking. An easy two miles straight down and a fricken 2 miles straight up. Worth every step. Stayed at a very cool bed and breakfast in Montrose, converted from a 1914 elementary school - way fun. Also glad to hear that life is good for you guys. I am in real estate myself csm, very nice to hear you are joining the home owners club - great time to buy - hope you got a good deal. Maz - take your time, we are not going anywhere, just glad to hear you are still banging around.

Bad news - good news. My rig has been down for a week - discovered having Windows installed on a RAID 1 is a bad idea and have got to reinstall everything. Good news is OhMyGod is going GPU2. Hope you are all enjoying your summer and surviving moves.....

No problem. My bid for a townhome got accepted last week and I'm just trying to tie up the financial portion now. I'll be closing at the end of September so hopefully I won't be out for too long at that point. But expect some outage, obviously.

Once we're all back up and running, we can definitely compete for the top spot.

Welp, I've been down for a week. Turns out my mobo died. Happy ending - I decided to make a new rig. Just cranked up the folding this morning. Also, I am headed over to OhMyGods place to install his 8800GT. Glad to hear your offer got accepted. Congrats! Fair disclosure - I have a small property management company and have been a real estate broker for years. Always cool to hear someonw break into homeownership....very cool

Well, looks like I'm afflicted with the "EUE 24 hour" error. It's reporting weird completed work units and not registering points. I guess I am a little surprised the GPU client has been this stable for this long. There is a thread on OCN that I'm seeking help from and hopefully I'll be back up and running this weekend.

Dang...I see you tried the delete work folder and queue.dat solution without success. Have any luck with another play? Perhaps backoff your overclock on the card, particularly the shader, perhaps give it a good cleaning assuming its full of dust and getting hot..perhaps reinstall graphic driver....

Well, as stated just now in the other thread, I let it sit for a day and now I'm back up and running. That's all that matters. Only ~8,000 point loss
