That RAM is TCCD and there are lots of people here that have had good results with them.

I don't think either of those sets are TCCD, I think those are actually Samsung UCCC chips.
But I would go for the G-Skill Extreme 2x1GB PC4000. Those can run up to 297MHz at 2.8V 3-4-4-10.

I'm guessing hes after 1 gig sticks? I'm unaware of TCCD 1 gig sticks.

the uccc usually perform similer to the tccd (they can oc to high speeds with low voltage but youll need to loosen the timings a bit)

They did ... but it seems they are on the endangered species list!
Geil for example is no longer manufacturing RAM with those chips!
