Photoshop File Recovery

Thread Starter
So I was talking with my friend on AIM and he says Photoshop froze and he lost all the progress on a picture he was working on for like the past 2 or 3 hours. I know Microsoft Word XP stores a copy of current work in the place that it's saved so incase the program crashes it can be recovered. Is there any such feature on Photoshop (it's PS7 I believe)?

Sorry to say no,atleast I've never seen\\found a feature that constantly keeps a back up of your work in Photoshop and I've used V7-CS2.
