It's a world-record breaking board, so I'm sure it'll be worth it. But in order to fully realize the potential of this board is to use it under LN2 or Water-Cooling.

I'm a little disappointed. Even though it has 4 PCI-E slots, 3way SLI does only X16,X8,X8 and 4way does X8,X8,X8,X8. I would have thought 3way does x16,x16,x16.
It's still an awesome board and I'm considering getting it.

Ya thats what bothers me too, and that 4 pin molex is just hideous. I do love the glowing ROG logo.

I dont think their intention was aesthetics. Its there to provide extra power to the pci slots for LN2 GPU overclocks.

PC Power and Cooling 1200watt is one that i know of.

But seriously I'm getting really impatient waiting for this board to come out, I'm almost tempted to buy the E760. I dought I'm going to use SATA 3 anytime soon here seeing that the only thing that takes real advantage of it are SSDs.

Ditto, I was a day away from getting a Classified when I heard about this. Not all my new components are here yet, so I can still wait a little while longer for this to come out...

Would SATA II components, ie my G.Skill SSD, get any benefits from the SATA III connections?
