If you search Google and then click on Shopping, there's at least five retailers that have them up on the site. I don't know if it's for pre-order or regular.

FadFusion
Comet Supply
Bottom Line Telecommunications
ProVantage
Best IT Store

And if you click on Best IT Store, it says

Availability: ETA: 2010-04-16
Feel free to order, but note I've never ordered from any of these sites so I can't vouch for their validity.

Disclaimer: I will not be held responsible if you end up ordering from these sites and it's not a legitimate retailer.

I was about to order ASUS P6X58D Premium tomorrow to replace my aging Asus P6T when I ran into this tread. What do I get for the extra $100 other than the nice heat sinks and Intel NIC on the ROG board?

Well you will get the whole rog connection. Better power phases. Two 8 pin connections for more juice for the CPU. I have a feeling this board will overclock like the classified or better.

Still hoping newegg will give us a great 350$ price

What are the exact differences, that makes this better than f.ex. an ASUS P6X58D? I'm gonna overclock, but not extreme (maybe 4 ghz?), do I need this card? Going i7 930 and HD5970.

Well, Asus put up an official information page, in which you'll probbaly attain much more detail than we can provide.

Supposed to OC better then the classified and 2 8 pin poa connectors for the cpu, All we can do is hope, I think EVGA makes top quality boards, but Ive tried em both and I seem to enjoy asus more.
