All you really need to set is the primary timings, 6-8-6-24 1T, the rest of the timings are fine at auto/default.
If you want to play with the subs you can see what we have programmed to the XMP with CPU Tweaker
(SPD tab) it gives you a starting point.

Every time I push my system I hit a wall at 180 BCLK where my comp dies due to a memory stability issue. I have stock timings set as well as voltage, but the only way I can get around it is to back the frequency down to below 1066MHz memory. I don't get it.
At 180 BCLK, you either need to loosen the timings to 7-9-7-24 @ DDR3-1800 or on an Asus mobo you may need to set the TRTP manually to 8.
You definitely need more than default QPI/DRAM voltage.
