I bought a new AMD system with the Mushkin Silverline 2x2GB RAM kit (Model: 996947) and it is running by default at lower than stock timings and speed.

The current settings on my BIOS are as follows:

DCTs Mode.............................................. ........... Unganged
CAS# Latency........................................... .......... 9T
RAS to CAS R/W Delay.......................................... 9T
Row Precharge Time............................................. 9T
Minimum RAS Active Time...................................... 24T
(Stock timings should be 7-10-10-24)
1T/2T Command Timing......................................... 2T
TwTr Command Delay........................................... 5T
Trfc0 for DIMM1............................................. ..... 110ns
Trfc1 for DIMM3............................................. ..... 110ns
Write Recovery Time............................................ 10T
Precharge Time.............................................. ..... 5T
Row Cycle Time.............................................. ..... 33T
RAS to RAS Delay............................................. ... 4T

Memory Clock............................................. ........ x6.66... 1333MHz
(Stock is 1600MHz)

DRAM Voltage Control.......................................... 1.5V
This is where I'm nervous. My board states 1.65V is "Dangerous", although it is the stock speed :/

Here are the rest of the voltage controls, if they also need to be tweaked with the RAM:
CPU PLL Voltage Control....................................... 2.5V
DDR VTT Voltage Control...................................... 0.75V
NB Voltage Control........................................... ... 1.3V
SidePort Mem Volt Control.................................... 1.6V
NB/PCIe/PLL Voltage Control................................. 1.8V

I'm new to overclocking, so there's probably more info there than you need, but I just wanted to make sure that all I really need to do is just manually change the settings to stock or if some other process is necessary.

Thanks in advance,
Tribble
That's all you have to do, just manually set the timings to 7-10-10-24, your Memory clock to X8 and the memory voltage to 1.65V.

1.65V is not a dangerous memory voltage, I don't know why they have it red at 1.65V, it makes no sense.

Works like a charm now. Thanks for the help (and quick response)

EDIT: Just ran Memtest, and got this error message:

Is it something to disregard or is it RMA-worthy?

They are also already available at Newegg here in the US, so you may be able to get them at Newegg.ca too now. If not then it shouldn't be too long I imagine.

I'm sure MushkinSean will be able to tell you for sure though once he replies.

If you test each stick by itself is there any difference between the sticks?
For example does one stick get errors and the other does not?

The RadioActives are shipping now, Newegg has them, so they should be up on the Newegg.ca site shortly. Hopefully they'll get them listed this week.

Newegg Store Page

Though obviously by the page on Mushkin's site it seems like they're out of stock so you'll most likely have to wait for them to come back in stock.

The 6-8-6-24 Redlines will work well in either of those mobos.
You could also get the RadioActives
