Mushkin Enhanced Support - Page 39

Yeah, I have a midnight 16gb flash drive. The "turbo" you have doesn't work on win7 64. I searched the interwebs and found a link to a mushkin download page but none of the links work. So it appears you guys had a fix etc. but the mushkin download site doesn't exist anymore

Do you have a driver for the Mushkin Midnight flash drives so I can use the turbo feature without going all the way back to windows XP 32 bit edition??

here is the link to the question on your own forums:
http://mushkingames.com/phpbb2/viewt...hp?f=3&t=17622

someone says try this
http://filestore.mushkin-emea.com/

here is a review of the drive and he says you may need to get a file here for win 7 64 yet again its a mushkin website that no longer exists.

the review:
http://www.techenclave.com/reviews-a...b2-174076.html

and the link he gives for the "file i need"
http://filestore.mushkin-emea.com/So...sb_Mushkin.rar

it appears you no longer have a file store? I have spent several hours trying to find a fix to this including installing a program that gives you developer blank signatures to fool win 7 into letting you install stuff all to no avail. It shouldnt be this hard dont you agree its 2011 you should have drivers that are digitally signed to work on windows 7 dont you agree?

Also the link in your signature for help with mushkin enhanced products ( http://forums.mushkin.com/phpbb2/index.php ) doesn't seem to work or is it just me?

^^ +1 to that! ^^

I contacted the author of that review, on the Mushkin forums, and he said he would send me the software update after he got back on another PC. Then he never did get back to me, I did message him again last week though,

I've been meaning to ask the Mushkin guys about this myself too and kept forgetting!

Ghost, the forums have moved to here

Hello there kind friends

I'm getting a nice 2500k & Gigabyte P67-UD5, my heart is set on some nice ram, which is nice isn't it. I was looking at these 996805 Redlines, I'm putting together a nice fancy gaming PC so I thought they looked pretty spiffy. On a review I read the differences between running RAM at 1600/1866/2133 in games is negligible, so to me at least it seems those redlines would be the way to go.

Would you bright OCNers agree with this or recommend something else?

Yeah Sean is amazing! and so in mushkin!

I currently have a 996969 in my rig and i also have 996601 that im not using...

im debating to put those in over my current ones but I need the 8gb sooo sadly collecting dust at the moment.

might pop them in and use them at 10-10-10-27 just like the 996969 but what a waste of low lag
