problem with 3000+winnie and dfi mobo

hey guys i have my cpu on a vapochill yet i cant get it over 2.500ghz stable i can get it to post in safe mode at 2.6 but thats it
have value ram but i am buying new geil one fsb i would like is 325X8 currenty at 312X8 ram on 150/200 divider 1.76vcore -50load-75idle

If you're running Value Ram then that's what's likely to be unstable as it's running well over 200Mhz. Drop it to the 100 divider and then see how high you can get your CPU. When you've done this, try and get your Ram speed up a little higher then.
