well i was trying to find Geil One BH-5 (dont want TCCD) but i cant find it so zerohour clued me into some nice g.skill with bh-5.

KAB7E 0547GPAW is supposidly a very strong chip. I am not sure how different your chip is from the KAB7E 0547GPAW, but I would imagine they are both newer steppings. Maybe the manufacturing and processing is getting better.

The KAB3E 0547GPMW is probably the best.

I truly believe that AMD Improved something in the 3700 SD Mfg process after the opterons came out. Maybe they didn't like the opterons beating the heck out of them.
But if you look at all the newer 3700 posts, People are getting a better overall chip now.
